Meet Oslyn!
Oslyn Rodriguez has over 20 years of experience in education, serving children in public, private, and home-based settings. She and her husband, Angel, have been happily married for 18 years and are raising four children, ages 8 to 14. Both are credentialed ministers with the Assemblies of God, sharing a deep commitment to missions and education.
In 2016, they founded Backpack International Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving children globally. The mission of Backpack International Inc. (BPI) is to equip students in need for academic success. BPI has impacted students in seven countries (and counting) by providing backpacks filled with school supplies, hygiene products, books, shoes, clothing, toys, bicycles, and more.
Now, inspired by a vision to expand this ministry domestically, Oslyn is dedicated to supporting parents who seek to homeschool. She believes education is missional, and as a missionary, she is committed to nurturing students who will become bold, educated disciples of Christ.

Backpack International is dedicated to empowering students across the globe by providing essential resources for academic success. Through mission trips that deliver backpacks filled with school supplies and hygiene products, as well as enriching educational programs through Terra Nova, they strive to make a lasting impact in the lives of children in need.
Through their generous contributions, Backpack International enhances our educational programs by enabling us to offer more technology, supplies, and enriching experiences, ensuring that our students have the resources they need to thrive both academically and spiritually.
